How Long Does the Warranty Last?

The warranty starts the day your package is delivered (not the day you ordered – we know shipping takes time!).
What Does the Warranty Cover?
We cover failures caused by non-human factors – meaning if something stops working properly on its own (including most battery-operated products), we'll make it right.
What's NOT Covered (Just Being Honest!)
Sometimes things happen that aren't the product's fault. We can't cover:

How to Make a Warranty Claim
